David Ankerson founded Incite™ Teams in 1994 in response to the need to create an outdoor programme which crossed the age and sex barriers. He had a distinguished Army career and has held senior and board positions in Whitbread and Grand Metropolitan. He masterminded and led a major company's turnaround into a highly successful profit making operation. Under the title 'Extraordinary Performance from Ordinary People' he teaches this case at the London Business School. He takes a lead role in many of the courses.
