Meet the team

		David David is our fearless leader and the MD. He has been out on the canal since 1994 and will tell stories of how the course used to be, when he had to sleep in a tent on the tow path! A proud Irishman, he has a very quick wit and a knack for getting the best out of everyone.				Jeremy Jeremy is a senior consultant and known on the courses for his bizarre taste in hats (one of which he actually found in the canal). He has a very dry sense of humour and always seems to have the answer for any question thrown at him.

		Charles Charles is a senior consultant and our resident expert on railways. When not facilitating on the course he can be found pointing to nearby rail lines explaining the differences between a pendolino and the InterCity 125.				Davinia Davinia is a senior consultant and looks after our supply chain. She has been out on the canal since the dawn of time and is very much our resident canal geek, so please do not ask her anything technical unless you are ready to settle in for the night!

		Jonathan Jonathan is a course instructor and the face of the Incite graduate scheme. When back on dry land he can be usually found mixing with the support team remembering the good old student days.				Tom Tom is part of our support team and looks after Endeavour. A very steady kind of guy, he will usually be found propping up the bar in the Red Lion. He is known on the canal for his addiction to tomato ketchup and his love of a good cider!

		Dmitri Dmitri is part of our support staff. When not driving around the county dropping off supplies for the course he can be usually found sleeping in Endeavour.				Lizzie Lizzie is part of our support staff and will usually be found shining the brass on Endeavour. She is always liable to say something amusing and is always here to help, so go and see her if you need a morale boost!
